RE: [aspectj-dev] Proposed changes to expose error/warning messag es in ajde tests

I think Adrian should commit these changes after making Wes's proposed revisions.  I also lean towards the school of not suppressing messages by default, but given the performance issues with the eclipse console there's some need to be careful.

This change is different than those we discussed in the previous message on commit rules because it ONLY affects test code.  I don't want our rules to get too complicated, but there's an important distinction to be made here.
