I just finished updating the programming guide and quick reference -- all the README-11 info should now be in the documentation proper.  With that in mind, I'm planning to remove README-11.html from the distribution and fold its contents into changes.html.  Since this is a global build change I thought I'd let people know, but I don't expect anyone to really kvetch about it.

The only cool thing I did was turn the quick reference sideways and give it normal margins so normal human beings can print it.  And, for our friends with sensible paper sizes, there's now an A4 version of the quick reference (modules/docs/dist/doc/quickA4.pdf).  Enjoy.
