[apogee-dev] Apogee status

Greetings Apogee developers,

Are any Apogee committers monitoring Apogee CQs? In particular, CQ 2650 
[1] is awaiting your input before it can move forward; some attention 
there would be appreciated.

Further, I've noticed that the project status is Incubation 
(non-conforming). If you need help in getting the project to a 
conforming state, please let me know.

Additionally, the project's meta-data has not been entered so the 
project summary page [2] contains almost no useful information.

At first glance, the project seems to be quite inactive.

What's the status of this project?
