Allen,

I have drafted a proposed Aperi Document Control Process and I would like
to seek your comments on it.  

My comment is that the process does not describe how open the process is, i.e., that "made available" means being put in a public place for anyone in the Eclipse Ecosystem to comment on (perhaps attached to a bugzilla?) and that the "review log" is a public thing (perhaps bugzilla comments or a wiki page?).
