Martine Wedlake as a Committer on the technology.aperi project. The reason
given is as follows:

Martine has been a key part of the Eclipse Aperi Open Source Project for
over the last year.  He has initiated and led several workgroups for
architecture, integration and improving the CIM/SMI-S implementation.  He
is leading the workgroup for the Launch In Context architecture and
specifications and is working on making LIC extensions to the SMI-S
standards through the SCR process.  He has also formed a workgroup to
improve CIM/SMI-S and has presented the results to the SNIA PRTF.  He is
also working with the PRTF to identify and prioritize future items for the
Aperi project.  Martine also lead the workgroup and did much of the
prototype work for the Aperi / Cosmos data integration.  I think Martine
has demonstrated a commitment to the Eclipse Aperi Open Source project with
his leadership and contributions and I would like to nominate him as full
committer.


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 20 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Martine Wedlake must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
