Allen Marin as a Committer on the technology.aperi project. The reason
given is as follows:

Allen has been with the Aperi project since inception.  Allen has been
instrumental in getting the word out to the masses on the Aperi project and
providing instructional material for our users.  Allen drove and hosted the
Aperi Webcast this past summer, http://live.eclipse.org/node/343, created
our demo slideshows, Created two tutorials (Aperi Overview, parts I and
II),  drove the creation of two more (Download and Install, and Discovery
and Probe) http://www.eclipse.org/aperi/demos.php, is in the process of
creating an additional tutorial for the SAN Simulator, drives our storage
conference interaction, has run the Aperi booth at three past Storage
Networking World's and is preparing for a fourth next month, handles the
project finances, created and maintains the Aperi trifold, maintains the
news on the Aperi home page, and updates the project newsgroup, mailing
lists, and blog regularly.  Given his contributions to the Aperi project, I
am nominating Allen for Aperi committer. 


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 27 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Allen Marin must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
