[aperi-dev] IPzilla tracking

In addition to the Aperi IP Log, I have
created a file to track the numerous IPzillas we have for our contribution
questionnaires.  Many of these are key for  release 0.4.  The
file is located here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/images/3/3c/Aperi_IPZilla_CQs.pdf
and we will use this to review third party activity during our Monday status
calls.
