[aperi-dev] Committer vote for Robert Wipfel has been approved by the PMC 
technology.aperi Committers,
The PMC has approved the vote for Robert Wipfel's full Committer status on
the technology.aperi project. The next step is for the project lead to
return to the portal and fill in the CVS package and employer information
for Robert Wipfel.
