Download 3rd party doesn't download the BIRT runtime or the Dojo runtime.
The bulk loader problem looks like old code. That's the wrong class name.
There is a bugzilla relevant to the bulk loader: 185029 Bulk report loader gets skipped
It looks like you have an older version of ConfigureAperi...
