Release V0.3 status
 - Rodica has checked in all of
the authorization and authentication stuff
 - Dave is fixing things in the
GUI
 - Craig (all bow down to Craig)
has made great progress on the server side
 - The build and configuration
piece should now include all of the changes, this needs to be verified
today
 - We need to test on db2 and linux
to verify this last mile

Jennifer asked about launching a java
ui from within a web-based gui - is anyone thinking about this?
  - Dave mentioned that this is
one of the good issues up for discussion
  - java ui's can be launched as
signed applets from a web-based launcher
