[aperi-dev] Download statistics

After trying to run a number of Aperi download statistics reports this morning and then talking to the Eclipse webmaster on the phone, it appears I found another bug with the download stats tool  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=176622 related to how the tool creates summaries for these reports.  So, stay away from the daily download stats for now.

However, I was able to confirm with Denis that the 'grouped by country' reports are correct, including the totals for those reports.  So, as of a few minutes ago, we had 407 downloads of Aperi (R0.1 + R0.2).  We are averaging about 5 downloads a day.

I have posted an update to the download stats page.  http://www.eclipse.org/aperi/downloads/AperiDownloadsChart.pdf

Cheers,   Tom

Re: download stats

Hi Tom,

You can call me at the Foundation office at 613.224.9461 x 224.

As far as I know, the only thing broken is the Daily Downloads numbers,
as submitted in bug 173144.  Unfortunately I haven't had time to look at
the problem yet.

The downloads/country seems to work, though, and I know the Foundation
staff run those types of queries all the time.
