Just to make sure I understand, you're
saying the schema changes are necessary to support the changes in the code?
Or are you saying that the code now needs to change as a result of the
schema change?

DB is now uptodate with the latest changes. Some of
the changes needs to be
in sync w/ TopoViewer and DeviceServer changes:

(1) The DeviceServer needs to populate the LUNSSID field in
T_RES_PHYSICAL_VOLUME and the TopoViewer should take advantage of it.
(2) The DeviceServer needs to populate the USER_ID and INITIAL_TSTAMP
fields in T_RES_TOKEN.
