I've created a first pass at an Aperi bug reports page that is based on the:
1) Format of the Eclipse bugs home page https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/
2) Pre-defined queries from the Web Tools bug reports page http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/development/bugs/bugs.html

The bug reports page is in php format and stored in the top level of our WWW CVS repository, so any committer can edit it and add their favorite bug reports. I've linked it from the Aperi home page and left nav.
