[amp-dev] Avoiding explicit versioning

Sorry for so many messages but one more note. Please remove any explicit versioning requirements unless you know that you really really need a particular version. Over-specification of bundle versions is a major contributor to build issues as Buckminster searches in vain for a singleton bundle that makes everyone happy. Unfortunately and annoyingly, PDE adds these in by default whenever you add a new plugin to a Manifest, and I'm always forgetting to remove them. Please note that even the "greaterOrEqual" version constraint isn't always safe for PDE builds.
