[amp-dev] Project meta data is out of date for modeling.amp

Miles,
Projects are required to keep meta data up to date using the MyFoundation
Portal (http://portal.eclipse.org/).  The following problems were found
with this project's meta-data:

* Project home page does not exist (projecturl = http://eclipse.org/amp
returns a 404)
* The date for release "0.9.0" is in the past, but the release is not
marked as completed. If it is completed, it should be marked as completed;
if it has been postponed, it should be given a new target date.
* There is no next/future release of this project. All Eclipse projects
must have a "next release" planned and scheduled.

According to the downloads report [1], AMP is using code from a handful of Eclipse projects.

AFAICT, these are the only other projects that include the JAR with their downloads:

Orion
OSEE
Jetty
Gyrex

There are several other projects that have CQs open for this as well.

I'll keep digging to see what I can sort out.

For completeness (because I'm pretty sure you know this already), you need a piggyback CQ even for libraries that are used out of Orbit. You only need a CQ if you are directly using the library. You do not need a CQ if code from an Eclipse project you're consuming uses the the library (but your project code does not).

Hmm..I don't know where that is coming from. It's not a direct AMP dependency and we should only be provisioning from Eclipse and Orbit. I'll try to track down what's going on with it.

re: AMP itself, things have been really quiet in the last 9 months or so, as I've been very focussed on other projects and my new position. There is a lot of room for future growth, but Its also reached a certain level of maturity. Right now though it's a matter of finding time to maintain the builds, etc.

[amp-dev] Indigo SR1

Is there anything that anyone is really interested in getting into SR1 from recent changes? I ask because I'm slammed and haven't had anytime to deal with updating the aggregator. Please let me know asap if you want me to try to get this to happen.

[amp-dev] Indigo SR1

So we have an opportunity to fix all of those annoying little things we weren't able to get into Indigo. SR1 is out in September. Here's the schedule:

I know there are some open bugs that should probably be addressed on my end. I've got a pretty busy few weeks but I'll try to sty on top of this and please let me know if there are things that you'd like to make sure get into this or things that you found were broken in the last Indigo build.
