[alf-req] Request Feb 15th Call Rescheduled/Cancelled

I request that the Wednesday Feb. 15^th Requirements meeting be rescheduled to another day or cancelled.  The reason is that some of us will be airborne and traveling to the San Mateo POC Demo during that time.
