Review Requirements
Document
Discussion: As with the
past two weeks, this week we concentrated on reviewing the ALF
requirements document. Besides looking at
the requirements themselves, we are also discussing priorities so we can defer
features if necessary. I'll summarize the findings here. See
the document for the resulting requirements
definitions.
- AEB15. Approved.
Cumulative rather than selective error reporting model
approved.
- AEB16. Approved. See
AEB15.
- ASR3, ASR4, AWS8. Still requires
review. These will remain in review until we have a better
understanding of what SSON solution we will have for ALF.
- AWS1. Approved.
- AWS10. Requires review. Added a number of
specifications for the default compensating service. I've actually defined a
service with two signatures, one with a formatting XSL document and another
with straight text.
- ADM6. Approved.
- ADM7. Added this requirement to define a
administrator role in the ALF configuration file. Initially this role
will have 0..n associated email addresses. Each addressee will receive an email from the default compensating service when it is
called.
- ADM8. Added this requirement to add mail server
configuration information to the ALF configuration
file.
Homework for next
week
Look at all of the
requirements and see if any need a priority shift.
Review the new ALM use case
document.
