Time prevented me from proposing a change to AWS2 today.  I summarize the proposed change below.

“Common Vocabulary for Web Serivces”

ALF Web Service Specifications-Internal Behavior

 

The project, product, version, build, and test type enumeration (e.g., “Full”, “Regression”, “Load”, “Smoke”, NULL) must the same across all web services. This vocabulary is already shared by several ALM tools. Allowing use of this vocabulary to be optional has a big disadvantage: it throws the burden upon the tools to do an internal mapping, an onerous point-to-point type integration task.
