There will be a schedule meeting tomorrow Friday 11/04 at 11:00 a.m. PT for the ALF Proof of Concept.  Please plan to attend this if you are contributing to the POC or are interested in hearing this information.

Review project plan & actions - I'm pending the updated PDF to be uploaded to the website, so I'm attaching it here in case it doesn't make it before the meeting.  (Note Red items are due this week, Blue items we need to finalize a target date for, and Purple items may be removed.)

11/30    Web Service Implementation Complete

12/5    Event Manager Complete

12/15    POC Integrated
