[alf-dev] Draft of ALF Architecture for SSO posted to the Eclipse ALF website

Dear ALF developers,
We have finally posted a draft of the
ALF Architecture for SSO document to the ALF web site. See www.eclipse.org/alf .
While I still have
some cleanup to do (e.g. unify the sample code) and some sections to flesh out
(e.g. SSO for web browser clients), the document conveys the essence of the thinking so far. In the meantime, a companion document is the WS-Federation Passive Client Profile (www.verisign.com/wss/Passive-Client-Profile.pdf ), which describes how SSO will
work for web browser clients.
Please read and
provide feedback.
