Thanks, I saw those messages, I just assumed both locations were being 
monitored.

Now that messages are not being mirrored between the two, I think it will 
all become more obvious.  I would suggest just focusing on the mailing 
list, otherwise everyone will have to monitor two places and it will 
become confusing.  This would not be the first Eclipse project that used 
their mailing lists more than the Newsgroups, I do not think it will be a 
problem.  Someone should just keep an eye on the newsgroups to answer user 
questions.  I do not think ALF is really at that stage now anyway.
