Great summary. Thanks so much for doing this. The peer-to-peer architecture is very interesting. ALF's current architecture wouldn't support p2p, I believe. As you noted in the requirements meeting, all
of our coordination and control is through either the event manager or the BPEL
engine itself. Still, it's interesting to see what other orchestration vendors
are doing.
I really like the idea of having pre-packaged services, but
wonder if we can do something similar in ALF given that we don't own the BPEL
engine. What do you think?
