[alf-dev] New schedule for Requirements Meeting

The requirements committee has asked that the meetings be moved from
Thursday to Wednesday. This will allow participants to digest information
from the requirements meeting before having to act on the issues in the
architecture meeting.

Please let me know if anyone objects to the schedule change.
