Installing AJDT by unzipping it into the dropins directory has never
worked. If you want to install from a zip, you need to download it
first (obviously) and then point the p2 installer to that zip file.
As described at http://www.eclipse.org/ajdt/downloads/
"To install from a zip file, download the zip and point your p2
installer to that file. Then proceed as if it were a normal update
site. Do not unzip the update site into the dropins directory."
