Thanks, I was able to download the source using Tortoise CVS.
However I cannot find the following package:
org.aspectj.org.eclipse.jdt.internal.compiler.util.Util;

where can I find it?

You should not have to use a password.  Try using this connection:

:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/tools
