[ajdt-dev] Build Configuration UI

Some time ago, there was a discussion about possibilities
to improve the build configuration editor and the build configuration feature
in general. (See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=50454)

I have now created a powerpoint presentation giving
an overview over different options for a build
configuration UI. It contains a quick roadmap for a possible implementation
as
well as mockups of various features, namely:

- build configuration selection
- excluded file indication in package explorer
- include/exlude file popup option in package explorer
- enhanced exclusion filter editor

There are several unsolved issues so I am very looking
