I changed the incremental mode-enabling message to be clearer:

This only involved a change to
"ajdt/internal/core/resources/AspectJPluginResources.properties", so no Java
source files were touched.

I've also added some release notes about incremental integration and
structure view limitations into "releaseNotes/readme-1.1.3.html".  When
others are done adding their notes we should rename that file to
"readme.html".
