[ajdt-dev] updated download paths

I've created a download directory, uploaded the distributions, and updated the download links on the download page to point at:

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/ajdt/ajdt-0.5.1.zip and
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/ajdt/ajdt-0.5.0.zip

This download directory should be used for our future releases.
