I have encountered very strange behavior:

Installing the latest Code Recommenders (which uses Aether 0.9.1) from
[1] and then installing the latest m2e from [2] breaks the former. At
least to my limited OSGi knowledge that shouldn't happen; if something
has uses conflicts it should be the thing installed last, not the one
installed first (as that shouldn't be rewired).

If someone wants to dig into this strangeness, there's an issue in
Bugzilla [3] with more OSGi debug output.
