[aether-dev] Release of 0.9.0.M3

Hi,

I just staged Aether Core 0.9.0.M3:

  https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/orgeclipseaether-1003/

Unless major defects in the artifacts are found, I continue this release 
in about 72h and promote the contents to Central and the Eclipse 
download server.

Once this is out, I hope to get a corresponding release of the Aether 
Ant Tasks started over the next weekend.
