[actf-dev] ACTF 1.1 (Kepler) is now available

Hi all,

Eclipse Kepler Release that includes ACTF 1.1 became publicly available. 

ACTF 1.1 is also available from our downloads page.

This release includes validation rule update [400752] and bug fix for sort 
function of detailed report view [410064]. I'll update documentation for 
developers soon, then will work for sample implementation for observing 
DOM events [1].
