[actf-dev] Graduation from incubation, 1.0 release and new contribution

Hi all,

Last week, a graduation review (and 1.0 release review) of ACTF was
successfully completed[1]. So, on 27th June, we will release ACTF 1.0 and
ACTF will become a mature project in Eclipse. We would like to say thank
you to everyone who participated to ACTF project!!

We also completed ACTF 1.0 RC4 (Release candidate for Juno) build, and it
is now available from Juno staging repository [2].

In addition to these release related items, we also completed a process to
receive a contribution that adds a new segmentation function to ACTF [3].
Elgin and Yeliz, thank you so much for your contribution and supports!

I'm looking forward to announce ACTF 1.0 release on 27th June.
