[actf-dev] Commit rights for Shunguo Yan have been expired

technology.actf Committers,
Chieko Asakawa has expired the commit rights for Shunguo  Yan (syan).  The
reason for this change is:

After successful completion of the project restructuring in 2010 [1],
Shunguo has been inactive on the ACTF project for about a year.
Unless he notifies us that he become an active committer again, Shunguo
will no longer have committer access to the ACTF Project.
I'd like to thank Shunguo for his participation and contributions.
