[actf-dev] location of validation logic

Hi All, 

I found a post about ACTF's validation
logic.

It seems like ACTF checks existence
a "d" link when an image with longdesc exists.
"d" link is a kind of classic
standard ... but anyway, I'm interested in the logic to detect the existence.
So could someone let me know the location
of the logic in the CVS repository?
