Build 20020129

- compared a file with its local history (file was WorkbenchPage.java).
- it showed the history fine, and the structured compare when selecting 
history items
- however, selecting items in the structured compare (e.g. a method) did not 
scroll the text to show the change -- it had no apparent effect

Checked the log.  There was nothing there.
