We are switching to use external browser for Help UI.
Performing help search in search dialog is openning a browser with both the 
search hits, and other content.  We are therefore not using SearchResultView.  
The SearchResultsView however gets open in the perspective.  It should not be 
the case

Will move logic to open the view to the individual search page.
Existing search pages must now call XXX in order to open the view.

Fixed. Available in builds >= 20020129
