Build 20011122.

I did the following:
- load org.eclipse.ui.tests from main stream
- selected test.xml under project
- chose Compare With / Patch
- used file prompter to choose patch file (see attached)
- hit Next
- hit Finish
- it gave me an error dialog with no message; the tile was truncated: "C..."

I noticed that the first time I tried, the radio button for choosing a file 
instead of the clipboard had not been selected.
I tried it again.  This time it had remembered my patch file, so the radio 
button was already selected.
But it gave me the same error the second time.

3 problems:
a) radio button not selected initally
b) the patch file contains a reversed patch,
   but 'patch' has no option to apply a patch reversed
c) the error dialog is boken.

added reverse option
fixed various problems in > 20020205.
