There are two problems here:

1) A hard coded string in WizardExportResourcePage. 

    The string already existed in the messages.properties file so there is no 
new translation required. 

2) The ZIP message in the body of the dialog is actually a hard coded string
   in java.util.zip.ZipOutputStream
