Document providers are used to map an editor input to a corresponding
document. But there isn't one single document provider for all kinds
of different input elements. To build a generic text change infrastructure
it is necessary to be able to map an input element to a document without
knowing all the different document providers.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
