Description Carolyn MacLeod CLA 2001-10-17 23:29:11 EDT
- I am comparing changes made in 182 classes
- The changes were made by a tool
- The tool deleted several methods and added a bunch of new methods
- It also rearranged the methods in every class
- This is a job for the Structured Compare

Structure compare should always be there. I should only have to click once to
get it, and I should not have to wait for it to open - it should be open when
the Synchronize view opens. I can click on the compilation unit in the
Structure Compare view if I want to see old-fashioned text comparison in my
Java file (almost nobody would ever do this). And if I click on a non-java
resource, leave the Structure compare view empty.
