20030819 Not exactly sure what the error was as it was not written to the log. I had made some changes to my buildnotes.properties in the workbench and when I double clicked on it I got an editor open with "Internal Error" shown on it. Not only should the error not occured I should have also got it logged. Screen shot to be attached.

When this occurred I was out of synch.
I believe that Compare controls the error message that is shown in the editor. Reassigning to Platform Compare to consider logging a more indepth description of the error that occurred.

I get the same error messege with 3.0 M3. Similar to Bug 9750, the .xsl file is text, but committed as a binary.
