Build I20030206

Not sure if compare is the right component: when I synchronize with the
repository and only have incoming changes and no conflicts and then select a
file I see a red icon with an exclamation mark in the upper right corner of the
compare viewer.

This is too intrusive and alerts me - but actually there's nothing wrong since
there are only incoming changes and no conflicts.

This is really a problem for me since it drew my attention to it the last times
I did a catch up even though no special action was required (like a conflict).

Yes, the red is only a placeholder for the final artwork.I will suggest to use blue ('incoming') instead of red.

Changed icon to blue for incoming changes, and red for conflicting changes.

Fixed and released on 20030211
