The "Team" menu item in the navigator is missing the "E" accelerator in the 
current build (I20030128).

Team hasn't made any changes in this area. Forwarding to UI.

The compare plug-in also defines the Team menu, but without the & before 
the "e" in the label. Since the compare plugin contributions are added before 
the team plugin contributions, the team menu is created with the information 
provided by the compare plugin, not the team plugin.

There is a bug report (bug 15670) requesting a plugin to "inherit" the menu 
declarations from a prerequisite plugin. This would avoid each plugin having to 
define the same menu. But there is not plans to fix this in release 2.1
