Build 20021213

Can't compare or synchronize anymore (see attached .log).

Test Case:
Compare or synchronize a resource to get the compare viewer.

IMPORTANT:
The bug might only show up if you have DBCS and bidi support installed on your
machine.

Cannot reproduce on system where DBCS or BIDI is not installed.
However, reverted code back to I20021213.
Need to investigate real source of problem (most likely SWT/StyledText).
