Description Nick Edgar CLA 2001-10-10 22:43:16 EDT
While synchronizing the latest changes to the text editors, I was using the Java structure compare,
since the text compare showed many changes. For most of the files, the Java structure compare was empty.
I assume this was because there were no actual changes, just methods which were moved around.

It would be better if it gave a message indicating that there were no actual changes.

fixed for 20020122.
If structure viewer remains empty, the reason is given in the viewer's title
bar.
