I merged a bunch of changes when I synchronized with a stream. It asked me whether I wanted 
to save the file *after* it released it. It didn't release the merged content. 
I got two "Save file" popup dialogs even though I had on;y merged one file. I selected yes to 
save on both, yet, when I went back to an editor the merged changes were not in the file.
