Build 20020924

1. Add project org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv
2. Select platformOptions and platformOptions.txt
3. Compare with each other
==> Editor pane shows: First bytes differ at position 63

Note:
1) change one of them if they do not differ
2) same happens if you change platformOptions and then synch or compare with the
repository
