Build 200207161002

1. Run the attached test case.
2. Drag the Open Type coolitem to the second row (last coolItem).
3. Drag the Launch coolitem (last coolItem on first row) to the second row, put 
it after the Open Type item.
4. Drag the Search coolitem to the second row, put it after the Launch coolitem.
5. Drag the Script coolitem to the second row (last coolItem on first row), put 
it after the Search coolitem.
6. Press the Delete button.  This will delete the first item on the second 
row.  Notice that the second row is removed when the delete occurs.  The second 
row should remain.

1. Run the attached test case.
2. Drag the Script coolitem to the second row.
3. Drag the Launch coolitem to the second row, put it after the Script item.
4. Drag the Search coolitem to the second row, put it after the Launch coolitem.
5. Drag the Open Type coolitem to the second row, put it after the Search 
coolitem.
6. Press the Delete button.  This will delete the first item on the second 
row.  Notice that the Launch item is moved to the first row when the delete 
occurs.  The Launch item should stay on the second row.

Attaching another test case.  In this scenario deleting the last item on a row 
causes items from the row above it to move down to the row below.   

1. Run test case.
2. Drag the Search icon to a new row.
3. Press the delete button, which will delete the Search cool item.

Notice that the items from the first row move to the second row.  The second 
row should just go away and the other items should remain as is.

Is this fix in the 2.0.1 stream?  It needs to be.

It will be when we get SWT starts a 2.0.1 stream.  Since MCQ is back Tuesday, 
I'm waiting for him to create the stream and OK all fixes that go into the 
stream.
