If Workbench is shut down, the help browser will close automaticaly, but it 
does not close immidiately.  It seems frozen for about 4 seconds, after which 
it closes.

Decreased time 5s -> 1s, waiting for a thread that is blocked trying to read or 
close std input from Eclipse that has already exited.
