Build F3. 

This problem occurs in all languages.

Description:
From the main Workbench panel, open or switch to the Resource perspective. In 
the Navigator view, expand a project and select plugin.xml. Double click the 
plugin.xml resource to open the manifest editor. At the bottom of the editor 
pane, click on 'Runtime'. If you do not have a runtime jar, add one.
Then on 'Runtime' page, select 'Export using content filters' radio button
under 'Library exporting' section, and press 'Add' button.
In the box, '&New filter' is added, and this has mnemonic character.

I have tested with the 730 integration build on an english install and i still 
see the problem....  it still comes up as "&New filter"

PDE ui did not contribute new code to the integration build 0730, and that is 
why you did not see the fix.  Please check the build log of the driver you're 
downloading, and re-verify in the first one that contains the new pde ui code 
contribution.

Also fixed in 2.0.1 stream.

fix is in HEAD and in 2.0.1
